- excessive OTP requests,
- spam notifications,
- automated abuse,
- misleading or deceptive verification flows,
- unnecessary repeated delivery attempts,
- malicious traffic or denial-of-service behavior.
Nofbox may apply:
- rate limits,
- throttling,
- temporary restrictions,
- queue prioritization,
- or account suspension
to maintain platform reliability and prevent abuse.
Rate limits and usage thresholds may change over time without prior notice.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Nofbox for:
- illegal activities,
- phishing,
- spam campaigns,
- harassment,
- impersonation,
- fraud,
- malware distribution,
- unauthorized surveillance,
- or activities that harm users or infrastructure.
Any attempt to bypass system protections or abuse platform resources may result in immediate suspension.

Service availability may be affected by:

Developers are responsible for ensuring their own applications provide appropriate disclosures and consent mechanisms to end users where required.
9. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Nofbox if:
- these Terms are violated,
- abuse is detected,
- usage threatens platform stability,
- or required by law.
In severe cases, suspension may occur immediately without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nofbox shall not be liable for:
